Suliminal message or weird coincidence?

So...I was on facebook and my friend Brandi sent me a challenge to Beyonce lyrics
So im takin it n shit.. and every question has a pic of sasha fierce next to it
But one of the questions has that pic of the 3 horizontal red lines frm Jay's new song--the artwork
And its jus randonmly there!
Like some type of subliminal thing!!
Thats CRAZY!
Im really startin to think that this is all of the devil.

....and if this is a promotion of something demonic, this is comfirmation that Jay is using other people to help spread this demonic message. This would also explain why Beyonce's songs are so repetitive.

Jay-Z Feat. Rihanna & Kanye West - We Run This Town

sooo.... theres been a lot of talk about this song, and its demonic undertones.
Apparently Jay-Z is the devil or one of his minions, and Rihanna and Kanye are his helpers.

Throughout the song Jay refers to himself as God, this is not the first time he has done this, but that does not make it any better. It has also been reported that Jay is a Mason.

After doing some research I am starting to believe that Jay is either the devil or at least one of his supporters. I have never heard this man say anything religious (not to say that he has not), and him and Rihanna have been wearing a lot of black lately... suspect.

Somethings I find fishy are:

the fact that on the day it was released Jay wanted it to be played on radio at 9:11am...

He is releasing the Blueprint 3 on 9/11 2009 (i know the original blueprint came out on september 11th, but why release it on the same day even after knowing all the controversy behind its meaning)

I got the following from someone named "Judah". They left this as a comment on concreteloop.

"Lol, well people mostly covered it already but I just want to add that the song is laid out in a fashion to represent Jay-Z, Rihanna, and Kanye as a rap “trinity”, in the same manner as Osiris, Isis, and Horus i.e. Jay-Z gave rise to Kanye’s career and Kanye exists in the image of Jay-Z. Rihanna is Jay-Z’s consort and a top witch in the industry, and she alternates with Beyonce in the role of Isis. This is why there are those three red bars in the midst of the alternating white/black background. This goes in line with their use of the black and white motif to combine both “light” and “dark” forces, and also the “red” and “blue” lodges of magic in masonry. Like I’ve said previously, Michael Jackson would sport black and white with a little red or blue in his attire after he went solo.

The theme of Rihanna’s chorus is that they want to see who will “run this town” (talking about control the world) and that they are “almost to the finish line” (referrring to the bringing in of the New World Order). People should really hearken unto these lyrics because these artists are privy to inside information as to what will go down and when. In Jay-Z’s booklet for Blueprint 1, he sported the American flag on his wrist on the day that the so-called “Twin Towers” were brought down. Satan does compel his followers to be braggadocious as to their true allegiances because they have a great disdain for their fans. I don’t think the so-called “fans” of these artists realize how they are viewed, like cattle to be steered whithersoever the artist wants, because the fans do not have the understanding to receive the “light” or “halo” (direct interaction with spirits). In addition to that, by exposing his presence, Satan allows the elect of the Most High to be awakened. For the people who are not chosen, no amount of signs will wake them up."

Yeah...so I think there definitely something going on... I just wanna put it out there for others to see and judge for themselves.

Fabolous - Loso's Way

Loso's Way drops July 28th, but of course due to the internet I've already heard it.
I've never been much of a Fabolous fan, but I really like this CD. The beats are hard, the collabos are appropriate. I also like Fab's energy. Theres not one track where he's just blah. He's rapping almost like he has something to prove...

My Favorite tracks: "Imma Do It", "Pachanga", "Makin' Love", & "The Fabolous Life".

You can listen to the entire album below

Chris Brown issues apology...

Chris Brown has finally spoken on the incident involving Rihanna.

I honestly didn't think he had to apologize (considering that he doesn't owe any of us anything other than another cd), but he did. It is obviously rehearsed and/or scripted, but its an apology none the less.
I'm tired of people still saying that he is not a real man because he hit Rihanna, but since when did dudes become "men" at the age of 19? He still has a lot of growing and learning to do in his life, and I think we should all just give him a break. We call make mistakes...especially at that age.

P.S. -- I bet we hear a new song from him within the next two weeks...

Cultured Much?

sooo some friends and I went to an authentic Thai restaurant in Brooklyn and it was a really fun experience.
I liked everything about it, the music, the service, and of course the food. The food was surprisingly good and very fresh tasting.
They even had traditional thai style bathrooms which I really liked. it made me feel like I was on vacation for a lil minute.

Adele does Unplugged

(I kno ima little late in posting this)
Adele is the latest artist do an MTV unplugged special. Shes one of my favorite new artists. I love her cd '19', and if you haven't heard it you should definitely give it a listen.

She gives some great performances on unplugged, I just wish she would have done "Best For Last" - that song is my shit!

Industry Predictions

I have a great love for the music and the music industry and sometimes I have little ideas and predictions for certain artists; some of which has come true. (I predicted that Chris Brown needed to do something to his image to give him more appeal in the adult market and 2 months later he had an altercation with Rihanna. this in turn shedded him of his "kiddie" image cuz he was now facing felony charges.)
These some of my predictions:
  • I feel that even though Christina Aguilera is very talented, shes never gonna really BLOW UP into the mega-star that she should be. shes gonna release a new album in the fall, but i have a feeling shes gonna receive a lot of back-lash for "biting lady gaga"
  • Drake is gonna be a really big figure in entertainment because of his triple-threat appeal. I also predict that he's gonna have the biggest opening week album sales we've seen in a long time.
  • Mariah Carey is gonna pass the beatles with number 1 hits.
  • Whitney Houston's comeback is gonna be unsuccessful
  • Lady Gaga is gonna become a dominant figure in pop music -- her second album is gonna make that happen.
  • Chris Brown's comeback is gonna be a great one as long as: 1. he doesn't try to come off as a "bad boy". 2. he puts all his frustrations into his music and produces a stellar cd. if he does both these things I feel that he will comeback greater than ever and take his RIGHTFUL place as the heir to MJ's throne.
  • i also have a feeling Solange is gonna gain more crossover appeal on her next cd without selling out or watering down her talent.
  • Lil' Wayne's rock cd will bomb terribly.
  • I feel that in the next decade "outside the box" will be in. and artists like kid cudi, solange, lady gaga will thrive.
  • Beyonce will have full blown Legend status by 2016 the latest.
  • Real R&B is gonna make a comback
  • Britney Spears will fall off and dwindle out of the spotlight

thats all i got for now.... I guess I'll post more when they come to me.

B releases "Sweet Dreams" video

when I heard that Beyonce was releasing "Sweet Dreams" from her Sasha Fierce disk i got excited. I feel like that would be a good summer song, and a smart move for her in terms of radio-friendly music. But, when I saw the final product for the video I have to say that I was disappointed. It wasn't the fact that she has the same two back-up dancer concept in this video, which EVERYONE seems to hate... I just feel like Beyonce has plateaued with her last two music videos (Ego & Sweet Dreams). It seems like shes gotten too comfortable in the game and she doesn't do as much anymore cuz she has it in the bag. but its times like these when you have ppl coming for your spot (Keri Hilson, Lady Gaga, Rihanna) that you've got to go the hardest, and shes not giving me all that i KNOW shes capable of...
Maybe shes creatively stiffled? Idk man... but this video is definitely not her best work...

Birthday Thoughts

Everybody keeps asking me "..so how does it feel to be 22?" and honestly, it doesn't feel any different. I have, however, grown and learned a lot in the past year and I think thats better than any gift i've gotten. its amazing to see the amount of growth that can be done in a year. this time last year i was NOT the same person that i am today. Every year on my birthday I feel like a new person, with new goals, and outlook on life.

As I sit and reflect on my birthday weekend, I gotta say all in all I enjoyed myself. Even though I didn't get to do EVERYTHING I wanted to (some shit jus wasn't practical) I still had a good time. I got to spend it with a lot of people, and made friends in new circles. I didnt even think i was gonna be able to do half of what I did because of limted funds, but somehow it all worked it self out. this birthday was waayyy better than last year, which was my goal. I already snow that next year is gonna be wild-crazy. one word: Vegas.
